Mårten Runow home for a day

Well I must say I have become terrible at updating this blog and I am very sorry about that.

A lot of things has happened recently and it has been a lot of fun. First of all I am now Mårten Runow’s assistant since about a week. The whole purpose with that is so that I can handle things that comes on his lines so that he can focus on product development and things which are very key for the network to expand. Of course I keep a lot of my previous functions, but it is really a whole new game even though I still do a lot of the normal things.

Mårten is still out and about delivering a lot of Performia Seminars on Hiring but now we are planning out so that he can stay in Sweden more and have time for development and the network. I am so excited about this as I know it will help us expand faster.

Performia-wise we are doing well in the network. Gareth Jekel in Australia is doing a fantastic job, Vladimir Sidorenko in Performia CIS is really moving mountains and Jos Koster in Jobperformia Holland is also bringing it up to the next level. I could mention a lot more, but I don’t have the time right now…

Oh, and as the title inferrs Mårten Runow is home for the day before going to Hungary for yet another seminar!

Performia News

I am not so hot on keeping this blog up-to-date am I?

But Performia is doing really well and we are now open in Japan as well. There are a lot of things going right and it’s fun.

Mårten Runow is in Sweden for another day before he hits the road again. Next stop I believe is Colombia.

I am working on a new site for Performia as well, in the meantime, keep visiting Performia Website.

Performia expanding more and more

It is really nice to work when things are going in the right direction!

Just yesterday we completed the training of Vassil who will now open Performia in Bulgaria, we have passed the 500.000 tests and interviews delivered on the system and Marten Runow is on the way back soon from having delivered another Performia Seminar in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Good week in Performia

As I mentioned in my earlier post where I did something rather silly I have had a good week with Performia this week. One of the good things that happened was that we had a lot of clients asking for a design on their on-line recruitment system. To read more about it, click PERFORMIA DESIGN GENERATOR.

We also have a new country about to open a Performia Office and we sold quite some Interspeedia licenses.

In short, we did good while Marten Runow is out and about delivering Performia Seminars in Hiring.

Marten Runow is now back on the roads to deliver a whole line-up of Performia seminars about hiring. So there are some exciting things happening in the network now. We have delivered a training to help businesses get the most out of their existing staff and do fantastic personnel development interviews, we have been on radio in Australia, we have a lot of seminars scheduled all over the world and we are now getting some very exciting reaches to open in new countries.

We also have Marten Runow in Sweden since a while now and since he is the founder of Performia he knows more than the rest of us together and have incredible ideas of how we can better service our clients.

So no complaints from my side!

Well, except that it would be great to have a few more hours added to the day!

Performia in 2009

Well, I am back to work since some time now and of course that feels good. Mårten Runow is also in Sweden and so we have some time for coordination, etc. I have been reading the book he is working on and I am amazed about how much he knows about hiring!

I have not been updating my blog very well recently because I’ve had some time off and have been working to catch up on a lot of things.

Christmas was great and I got some really nice presents and New Years Eva was great as well.

Soon I will get back to work, yeah! It feels great to get back to work now that I’ve managed to complete so many things.
